Privacy

Burned Grain has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies of its own. The only thing we record about visits is an anonymous count of store-link clicks.

Store link clicks

When you click a link to a store, it goes through burnedgrain.com/go/… (see the affiliate disclosure). We store:

• which machine or accessory the link was for, and which store;
• which affiliate program the link used, if any, and whether it carried our affiliate ID;
• the page on this site you clicked from;
• the time.

We don't store your IP address, browser details or any identifier, so a click can't be traced back to you or linked to other clicks. We use these counts to see which pages and stores are useful, and to check affiliate reports.

After you leave for a store

The store, and the affiliate network if the link has our ID, may set their own cookies to credit the sale. Their privacy policies apply from then on.

On your device

If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage under theme. It never leaves your device.

Hosting

The site runs on Vercel, which handles each request and keeps standard request logs under its own privacy policy. Fonts and images are served from our own site and storage, so browsing here makes no requests to other companies until you click through to a store.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes first. Last updated Oct 7, 2026.
